George and Hazel Hill are the Founders and President of Victory Churches International and have travelled to over 65 nations of the world with the gospel of Jesus Christ, moving in the gifts of the Holy Spirit and doing exploits for God! They are pressing in for Kingdom expansion among this generation and desire to see youth stirred and released to “take up” the baton and run purposefully in God's unlimited supply.
Pastor Kelly Stickel is the Senior Pastor at the Victory Church of Lethbridge. He brings practical teachings to apply to your life, giving you a formula for success. His wisdom & straightforwardness is part of the package he brings to Victory Youth Camp. He resides in Lethbridge with his wife Joy-Lynn and their 5 children.

Blair Little is no stranger to Victory Youth Camp. He is a graduate of VBCI and is currently leading worship at Westside Victory Church. He has a passion for worship and music. “There is no better place to be than worshipping in the presence of Almighty God”.
